More than just mutuals
Yourcentre was established to support mutuals as contact centres did not understand their specific requirements. The mutuals require a tailored service which could not be found, so we re-designed the approach to call centres. This tailored approached gives customers choice and as a result Yourcentre now has a wide range of clients whilst maintaining its core value of providing a bespoke approach to contact centres.

Sales and Marketing Director
I have over 30 years’ experience in the contact centre and sales management industry and started out life on the phones many moons ago. I was co-founder and COO of The Listening Company (TLC), the UK’s largest privately owned outsource contact centre business, from start up to acquisition in 2011 and we had annual revenues of £85m, operating profitably in eight key sites across the UK and supporting major blue-chip clients in all market sectors.
With over 25 years’ management experience in the Outsource Telemarketing Industry, I offer an excellent commercial approach to solving problems and optimising team potentials. I have a huge range of experience across all industries in inbound and outbound B2B and B2C customer communications with particular expertise in Outbound Operational Management, Compliance, CRM and Dialler & Data Management Strategy and full end to end Inbound and Outbound Customer Journey. My role at Yourcentre involves ensuring that services provided by Yourcentre align with overall Regis objectives.This includes providing bespoke, innovative solutions for our clients and excellent customer service.
I have over 20 years’ experience in the contact centre industry, working with clients from multiple industry sectors and blue chip companies. I am driven by continuous improvement and striving to deliver the best possible outcome.

The Military Mutual
We’ve developed and managed an end-to-end member journey for The Military Mutual (TMM) which is a discretionary mutual business owned and run for the benefit of its members. Working with an ex-serving Major, we delivered the bespoke Military elements of the training.
This clinical trials client is an industry leader and we assisted in the development of the volunteer recruitment process, identifying touch points throughout the journey to make it robust and volunteer centric.
The Appointment Setting Team generated interest and formed roadmaps of decision makers within organisations, specifically housing associations, creating direct marketing lists and data intelligence. The project also incorporated the service element, including order processing, dispatch and onboarding for new clients.
