Member Service Agent
Purpose of Role
To provide first line client service support to all mutual and scheme members. To meet renewal retention targets. You will be responsible for serving our existing customers.
Describe where this role fits in its complexity, strategic scope and autonomy
- Accurately process renewals and mid-term adjustments
- Handle inbound calls, answering customer queries, and outbound calls, to obtain required information
- Keep systems accurate & up-to-date, and issue accurate documentation in a timely fashion
- Meet and exceed Company targets, e.g. renewal retention, and calls
- Develop sound knowledge of the products offered
